3.1 All products shown are subject to availability.

3.3 You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is accepted. This constitutes our acceptance of your order.

The item is out of stock.
Payment could not be authorised.
There is an error in pricing or product description.
We suspect the order is fraudulent.

4. Pricing

4.1 Prices are in pounds and include VAT (if applicable), but exclude delivery costs.
4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4.3 In the event of a pricing error that is obvious and unmistakable, we are not obligated to honour the incorrect price.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
5.2 Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 You are responsible for any customs or import duties on international orders.

6. Changing or Cancelling Orders

6.1 Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 If your item is faulty or damaged, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
7.2 For non-faulty items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging.

7.4 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund (excluding delivery costs unless the item is faulty).
7.5 We are not responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8.2 Your order will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

9. Promotions

9.1 Promotion codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
9.2 Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
