Order Processing

Once you complete your payment, we’ll process your order within 1-2 business days and send it to our trusted suppliers to prepare for dispatch. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on the product and supplier.

Shipping Time

Shipping times depend on the supplier fulfilling your order:

For items from Something Different, delivery is via Evri and typically takes 48 hours from the dispatch date for UK mainland.
For other items, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from dispatch.

Please keep in mind that shipping times start once the supplier ships your order, not from when you place it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by product and are calculated at checkout. Any customs or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship to UK mainland addresses. We hope to expand our delivery areas in the future.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking information when available.
